My wife and I only occasionally pop in to get sawdust for our bunnies, sometimes bird food,so only a few times a year, however I have never not felt extremely welcome, everyone who works there are always so polite, personable, friendly and so happy and sincerely willing to help. I went in today to get some sawdust. I have just had a diagnosis that means I have to take it easy and have nerve issues in my arm so they loaded into back of car so my wife can just put it I to garage when we get home. The smiles and pleasantries always come across as sincere...not fake like some places do .

I have shopped in a few local stores that do horse stuff, and paddock pantry is definitely the best. This is mainly because their staff really know what they are talking about and will give you advice on products for all sorts of situations and will order things if they don't have them in stock. They are also happy to tell you if they think you SHOULDN'T get something which I think is important! The store also has a good loyalty scheme.

Very helpful & friendly staff, full of good in depth knowledge of products. If they dont have want you need, they will always order it in. Great place, in a good location, also provide a delivery service....even up my dirt track, where others dare not go. 🤔🤔 Good safe practices in place while isolation is on. All is very much appreciated.
