Delivery Policy
PLEASE NOTE: FOR YOUR PROTECTION IF YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM YOUR CARDHOLDERS ADDRESS WE MAY CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM THAT THE TRANSACTION IS NOT FRAUDULENT, THIS MAY HAVE A SMALL IMPACT ON OUR DELIVERY TIME.
Orders for in-stock items placed by Monday 16:00 will be delivered by Friday of the same week. We aim to hold stocks of all products shown on our website, however at times of exceptional demand or when stock is limited, delays may occur. At such times, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will advise you of any expected delays at the time of ordering.

Radius Band A 0-10 Miles
Free Delivery Value £250, £10 delivery fee for orders under £250
Radius Band B 10-15 Miles
Free Delivery Value £300, £15 delivery fee for orders under £300
Radius Band C 15-20 Miles
Free Delivery Value £350, £20 delivery fee for orders under £350
Radius Band D 20 -25 Miles
Free Delivery Value £400, £25 delivery fee for orders under £400.
For feed purchases there are 2 options, click & collect or delivery by our vehicles if you live within a 25 mile radius. If you have any questions please call us on 01258 473336 to discuss your options.
We are sorry but we don't ship outside our local delivery area, so if you live outside the 25 mile delivery radius YOUR ONLY option is click & collect.
