How the Key Ingredients Help
Almond – Nourishment and Skin Barrier Support
Almond is included as a source of skin-supporting nutrients, including Vitamin E, which has antioxidant properties.
The supplier also identifies Vitamin A and zinc as nutrients associated with almond, helping support normal skin health.
Calendula – Gentle Botanical Care
Calendula is traditionally used in skin-care products for its soothing properties.
It complements the salve's gentle formula and helps support the skin's natural recovery process.
How to Apply

Forms a waterproof aluminium barrier for wounds and sensitive skin making it ideal for use after castration and dehorning. It also shields sensitive skin from diarrhoea and micro-organisms and unlike sprays with a colour dye it washes off easily with warm soapy water for inspecting the wound. It contains a proprietary carrier that helps the protective formula to adhere to the skin, so it stays where needed. Allows the wound to oxygenate, essential for good wound healing.
