How the Key Ingredients Help

Magnesium – Nervous System Support

Magnesium contributes to normal nerve and muscle function. Maintaining an adequate magnesium intake is important for healthy nervous system activity.

Withania and Hops – Botanical Support

Withania and hops are traditionally associated with relaxation and are included as part of the formula's targeted calming blend.

Chia Seeds – Nutritional Support

Chia seeds provide plant-derived nutrients, including omega-3 fatty acids, which contribute to overall nutritional wellbeing.

Live Yeast and Fructo-Oligosaccharides – Digestive Care

The formula includes Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a live yeast used to support feed digestibility, alongside fructo-oligosaccharides, which act as prebiotic fibres.

Lucerne, Brewers' Yeast, Fenugreek and Liquorice

These ingredients contribute to the wider nutritional and botanical formulation.
